As for the little details, well; I remember reading somewhere that in The Magnificent Seven, Steve McQueen outshone the (at the time) bigger star Yul Brynner, because he wasn't still whenever dialogue was happening, he was always in action. That's what normal people do, and I could kind of picture them in my head, just little movements or thoughts, or whatever. I'm rambling.
